Villa Guadalupe Senior Services offers 1 & 2 bedroom apartments for seniors aged 55 and older. Rents range in price, with subsidies available as well as market rent apartments. Apartments include heat and also electricity up to $25/month.
Villa Guadalupe has an elevator with lounges on each of its 5 floors along with a large community room on the first floor.
