Gallery opening-celebrate South Chicago's Artful Networks during Chicago Artists Month

During Chicago Artists Month, the Southeast Chicago Coalition of the Arts will showcase their artful network of talent through sculpture, paintings, photos, literature and more.

The gallery is open at Claretian Associates' offices Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at 9108 South Brandon Avenue.

The Southeast Chicago Coalition for the Arts seeks to develop a strong arts community in the South Chicago area and uses the arts as an innovative and powerful tool for community restoration and sustainability. The impetus to start the Coalition came from Claretians Associates’ New Communities Program after recognizing the collaborative strength and growth of the arts community and it practices.
