  • Victory Centre of South Chicago celebrates opening

    The Victory Centre of South Chicago is new open offering supportive living for seniors. This is the first phase of a senior campus which will also include a City Department of Family & Support Services' satellite senior center and senior independent living apartments.

  • New Homes for South Chicago

    Our New Homes for South Chicago program continues to flourish with the number of homeowners in the community steadily growing. Through four phases of the City’s New Homes for Chicago program we have developed more than 30 single-family homes and 2-flats over the past ten years.

  • Coming Soon: Bush Homes by the Lake

    Claretian Associates is planning 28 units of new housing on multiple lots in the Bush neighborhood of South Chicago, near the former USX site. The two-flats and condominiums will be on the 8500 blocks of Burley and Buffalo Avenues. The energy- and resource-conserving homes will be one of the first LEED-certified neighborhoods in the country.

  • Villa Guadalupe celebrates 18th year in service to area seniors

    Villa Guadalupe celebrated its 18th year serving as a model of excellence and innovation for senior living, providing a comprehensive array of life enhancing services to South Chicago seniors including quality housing in 53 apartments, social and health services and other meaningful activities. Local seniors have access to all the services, social interaction and case management available to residents living within Villa Guadalupe’s apartments at no charge.

  • Casa Kirk provides affordable housing for 29 families.

    Completed in 2005, Casa Kirk is one of Claretian Associates' many development projects.
