Communities Partnering 4 Peace (CP4P)

Claretian Associates has partnered with Communities Partnering 4 Peace (CP4P) to provide violence prevention/intervention and reduce gang activity in the South Shore, South Chicago and South Deering neighborhoods. CP4P is a partnership of leading outreach organizations working to impact Chicago communities most affected by gun violence. CP4P, convened by Metropolitan Family Services, is a framework that provides a comprehensive, long-term approach to reducing violence and gang activity among the individuals and communities it serves.
